    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning Leadership

    Client Advisory & Presentation

    Project & Team Leadership

    • Serve as Project Director on complex engagements

    • Mentor Associate and Senior Planners

    Business Development Support

    • Support scope development and budgeting

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field

    • 10+ years of progressively responsible municipal planning experience

    • Demonstrated leadership of complex planning initiatives

    • Strong knowledge of zoning, land use law, and development review systems

    • Experience presenting to elected officials and senior leadership

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Leadership & Delivery
